Mercurys Coffee Co. was established in 1998 by Morgan Harris in Woodinville, Washington. Since then, we've grown to 12 vibrant Eastside locations, fueled by a team of around 225 dedicated individuals who bring our coffee magic to life daily. From carefully curated beans to community-focused spaces, we're committed to crafting exceptional coffee experiences while prioritizing sustainability and social responsibility. Our beans are 100% organic, cultivated without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, making every sip not just delicious but environmentally conscious.

Our commitment extends to offering premium ingredients which include all-natural, minimally processed, and certified organic. Our milk selection is certified rBST/hormone-free, with the option to upgrade to 100% organic. Choose from our diverse array of dairy alternatives, including Oat, Coconut, Almond, Soy, and Hemp. Indulge in a variety of options with six certified organic flavors, 30 regular flavors, and ten sugar-free alternatives, including sugar-free white and dark chocolates.
